Start where it’s used
My best ideas come from market stalls in Lagos and Ibadan, a fund administrator’s spreadsheets, a bank’s support queue. I go there first, watch what people actually do, and let that decide what gets built.
About
I trained as a graphic designer, which is where I learned to care about typography, spacing and detail. Product work taught me to research and design systems, and code taught me to ship them. Today I’m the sole designer at DealStack, designing and building private capital software. Before that I led the design team at Alerzo. I’m based in the UK, endorsed under the Global Talent route as Exceptional Talent in digital technology, and need no visa sponsorship.

One good screen helps one person. A clear structure, shared language and a design system that scales help every team that touches the product, long after I’ve moved on.

I prototype and build in React and TypeScript. At DealStack I wrote about 90% of our design system, and I work with engineers on how it is used.
Mentoring, speaking, and the things I build in my own time.
